"They're going to make a major contribution to the state of Arizona, and they're going to flourish in an intergenerational way," Mueller told a crowded assembly at the growing campus in west-central Phoenix. Ducey singled out the year-round housing, noting it provides"four years of predictability" for a population that often doesn't have a place to call home. There will be no need to move out at holidays or during summer break, he said.
