The dad-of-one died on Wednesday, after a horror ‘work accident’, in Shoebury, Southend-on-Sea. He reportedly fell to his death while on the roof of a warehouse without a harness, and fell 80ft through a skylight before landing on concrete.
‘The funeral date is still to be confirmed and will be updated in due course.’ At the time of writing, £1185 has been raised of the £5000 target, with several donators paying tribute in the comments section. Friends have launched a fundraiser for the dad-of-one Gilbey first hit our screens in September 2013 on the popular programme with his mum Linda and late stepdad Peter, before appearing on Celebrity Big Brother the following year, where he finished in fourth place.
