A Glasgow woman rushed her dog to the vet after two "XL bullies" attacked them. The dog, named Harley, was extensively bitten and is now disfigured and traumatized. The incident occurred in Lambhill Cemetery when the woman was walking her puppy and two XL bully-type dogs charged at them. She managed to free Harley and they ran away, but the XL bully dog chased after them. They were eventually taken home and Harley was taken to the vet for treatment.

Linsey Willis was walking her puppy on Monday afternoon when she heard shouting from behind. Two XL bully-type dogs charged at them. "They locked their jaws onto Harley’s hind legs. He was trying to get away but he couldn’t.
She managed to get one of the dogs off Harley and she was stepped back from the incident. I was hitting the dog and trying to get him away while shouting at the woman." The 41-year-old said: "Eventually, I managed to get Harley free and we ran away. The XL bully dog ran after us. We ran for our lives but he was badly wounded and I just kept shouting at him ‘come on, keep going'." The Summerston resident flagged down a driver who took them home, where she alerted her husband and they took Harley to the vet
