There are four high street bank offering free cash and other bonuses to people who use the service, including HSBC and NatWest
A selection of high street banks are offering up to £200 in free cash just for opening a new account.
The accounts can be opened either online or through the respective app. After the switch, £1,250 or more must be paid into the account and stay there for at least 24 hours. Then, they must log in to mobile banking, open an Online Bonus Saver and put £50 in said saver. Afterwards, the £100 will be issued within 30 days.
Switchers will only be eligible for the £175 reward if they haven't already switched to a different Lloyds or Halifax account since April 2020.
