Wawona Frozen Foods said a number of frozen berry products have been recalled out of abundance of caution.
Wawona Frozen Foods has announced a voluntary recall of some of its packets of frozen raspberries and berry mixes over fears they may have been contaminated with hepatitis A.

Illness usually occurs within 15 to 50 days of consuming a contaminated product or water. Symptoms include fever and nausea, vomiting, fatigue, loss of appetite, diarrhea, abdominal pain, jaundice as well as dark urine or pale stool. However, in some cases, especially with children under the age of six, a hepatitis A infection may show no symptoms.
