And the top weekend opening to date for Disney Animation Studios, and excluding Pixar, is $75.1 million foropened over Thanksgiving weekend to a record $67.4 million for the three days and a record $93.6M for the five days. Jonathan Groff, Josh Gad and Santino Fontana also return from the first film, while new cast members include Evan Rachel Wood and Sterling K. Brown.Frozen II nationwide the weekend before Thanksgiving. The 2013 title opened everywhere on the Wednesday before the holiday.
