The Forbes Advisor study gave Singapore a perfect 0 out of 100 overall score across all the risk metrics

SINGAPORE: A study conducted by Forbes Advisor of 60 cities across the globe showed that Singapore ranked first as the safest city for tourists, with the city-state having the highest safety rating, lowest natural disaster risk, and second lowest health security risk.

Tokyo, Japan, ranked second, and Toronto, Canada, third.
