Published: Aug. 29, 2024, 2:40 p.m. on Thursday in effect until Friday at midnight for Northern Clinton, Northern Centre, Southern Centre, Northern Lycoming, Southern Clinton and Southern Lycoming as well as Blair, Huntingdon, Bedford, Fulton, Franklin, Union, Snyder, Montour, Northumberland, Perry and Cumberland counties."Excessive runoff from slow moving showers and thunderstorms may result in flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
When stopping by the roadside is your only option, position your vehicle as far off the road as possible, ideally beyond guardrails. Keep your headlights on and activate emergency flashers to alert other drivers of your position.
