On Sunday at 3:23 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a flood watch in effect until Monday at midnight for Huntingdon, Cumberland and Adams counties.
"Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks," describes the weather service.
