EXCLUSIVE: Family of sperm donor who fathered 15 children claim he did it because he is 'kind hearted'
Family of sperm donor James MacDougall - who fathered 15 children - say he is 'kind-hearted' but 'gullible'. Mr MacDougall, 37, fathered the children to lesbian women through private donations, a court in Derby heard.
But a judge said he suffered from Fragile X syndrome - an incurable inheritable condition that leads to low IQ. Mr MacDougall applied for access to the children but a judge rejected request over fears of harm to children.
