Joanne Sharkey will appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday following her magistrates' appearance
A woman yesterday appeared in court for the first time charged with the murder of "Baby Callum" 26 years ago.
A funeral service, attended by around 150 people including the town mayor, was arranged by local people and he was buried in Warrington Cemetery a few months later. He was laid to rest in a white coffin surrounded by flowers and children's toys following a ceremony at St Elphin's Church. She was remanded in custody and appeared at Warrington Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, April 16. The man who was arrested as part of the investigation has since been released without charge. Officers are not looking for anyone else in relation to the death.
