In his latest column, Luther Blissett, suggests that sometimes we all need to take a closer look at things before making a decision or comment.

I suppose if it was they wouldn’t have felt the need to bring in VAR! Let’s think about that, back in the day there was a decision. It might be right, or wrong.

That is the point of social media though isn’t it, to get in first and get the most traction. Someone rushes to post - judgement is done. There is no technology to really determine what is fake news or unacceptable views. After all as many have pointed out it’s what I have been doing for Watford for over 40 years, connecting the fans and the Club itself, supporting and building community. And the way I see it, everyone who pulls on the shirt is an ambassador and they represent the Hornets at all times.Luther: For me, it is the difference between a lifetime of giving my best and doing what I could for fans, our Club community, and having some official recognition and voice within the Club.

I still give of my utmost every single day. There are not enough hours to chat to people, visit them, make appearances, network with other clubs and then report to Scott on what needs doing.Luther: Firstly it took about a year of discussion to get this title in place. Critical to that was the reason I agreed, to represent the fans.

It resulted in a supporter commenting that they heard I wasn’t asked as I wasn’t qualified to coach - but I am an A-license holder.
