The passenger, who was not identified by police, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
A 54-year-old man died in a crash in Dauphin County on Thursday night, according to state police.
Middletown resident Joseph Clair was driving a Chevrolet Camero on South Deodate Road, Londonderry Township, when he lost control and swerved off the road around 7:15 p.m., according to police. The Camero hit an embankment on the east side and rolled multiple times before it came to an uncontrolled stop 20 feet away from the road, police said.
Clair was pronounced dead at the scene, and a passenger who was not identified by officials was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries, according to police.
