Thomas Witmer, 56, was alert at the scene of the Feb. 17 crash in Middletown, but he was pronounced dead after he arrived at a hospital, according to the Dauphin County Coroner’s Office. Police said the crash happened around 6:45 p.m., on the 200 block of West Main Street.Police did not release information on the condition of the driver, a 54-year-old Middletown woman.
