Construction has started on a new 28,000 sq ft industrial warehouse at Langlands Commercial Park. The warehouse, being developed by the Knight Property Group, is expected to be ready for use by April 2024 and will include office space, a concrete yard, parking spaces, and EV car charging points.
Construction at Langlands Commercial Park has reached the milestone as the work on a new 28,000 sq ft industrial warehouse has started.
By the Knight Property Group, it is expected to be ready for occupation by April 2024 and will consist of a 26,250 sq ft warehouse and 1,760 sq ft office space, plus a concrete yard, with 24 parking spaces and 4 EV car charging points.
