Initial plans for a 450-lodge holiday park near Newquay are to be considered by Cornwall planners.
A report, detailing plans for a major new holiday resort near Newquay has been submitted to Cornwall Council.
The proposals include up to 450 lodges, a swimming pool complex, three restaurants and sports and health hubs.The report will allow councillors to consider the environmental impact of the plans by Kingsley Developments, prior to a planning application.It said the energy needed would come from renewable sources, including a solar farm, allowing the holiday park to "operate at net zero".
The environmental impact assessment report is due to be considered by Cornwall Council later this year.
