The Only Way is Essex star James ‘Arg’ Argent has revealed the extent of his painful injuries following his exit from Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins and says he was a “broken man.”The contestants were flown out to Thung Ui, North Vietnam and have been undergoing demanding physical tasks by experts including chief instructor Mark 'Billy' Billington, Jason 'Foxy' Fox, Rudy Reyes and Chris Oliver.
