The first-ever season of Celebrity Race Across the World has come to a close with GMB's Alex Beresford winning the competition.

The reality show spin-off series saw Alex and Noel compete against other stars and their family members as they travelled over 6,200 miles across 24 countries.
Emma then shared: ‘I said to Harry at the beginning of this race, “I’m not going to let you down son” and hopefully I didn’t!” After arriving in third place, Mel and Helene said: ‘We finished, and that’s the most important thing. No regrets.’ Alex is a weather presenter on Good Morning Britain During the nail-biting final episode, Alex and Noel began the final leg in the lead, despite having never previously reached a checkpoint in pole position.
