Henry's advert is plastered across a billboard in Poulton-le-Fylde
A young boy from Preston has become the face of a new campaign to highlight the mental health benefits of exercise.
Henry, who said he loves exercising because it gives him energy, believes that adults only care about physical appearance. His advert is now featured on a billboard in Poulton-Le-Fylde on the corner of Walter St and Firs Lane.
Psychologist Dr Linda Papadopoulos, who regularly appears on TV, said: "As we grow older, societal influences such as social media and cultural norms emphasise the aesthetic outcomes of exercise, shaping our perception and relationship with not only exercise, but with our bodies and body image.
