Depute Provost Peter Heggie welcomed the kids
West Lothian Civic Centre was lit up blue earlier this month to mark the 140th anniversary of the West Lothian Battalion Boys’ Brigade.
Depute Provost Peter Heggie was delighted to welcome the boys to the Civic Centre to help mark the event. Depute Provost Heggie said: “140 years of the Boys’ Brigade is a really impressive milestone and I’d like to pay tribute to all the volunteers that have helped the West Lothian Boys Brigade over their many years.
“We were more than happy to support the local West Lothian Battalion Boys’ Brigade by lighting up the Civic Centre blue in honour of their anniversary. Here’s to another 140 years of the Boys Brigade.”
