The 96th Academy Awards saw Hollywood stars descend on the Dolby theatre as they celebrated the best in cinema. There were a number of surprises throughout the evening and plenty of fun to be had backstage
, with a special appearance from Slash. But it was Billie Eilish who took home the Oscar for Best Original Song for her Barbie hit, What Was I Made For?
Other notable moments from the evening including canine star Messi, from Anatomy of a Fall, given a prime spot in the Dolby Theatre while John Cena, presented Best Costume completely naked. Kate opted for a chic black suit while America channelled Barbie in a dazzling pink frock.as he held a very large envelope in front of him.
