If you're looking to banish bingo wings on your upper arms, one woman has shared a quick workout she claims will "get them sorted".
A popular way to do this is with regular strength training, as lifting weights causes muscles to breakdown and repair using fat. Now, a fitness enthusiast has shared a circuit that requires just two dumbbells and five minutes of your time. As reported by The Express, the video show's Siobhan repeating an easy arm exercise routine that you need to do for one minute. Followed by a rest of 15 seconds, the aim is to do another four one-minute rounds, but, if you find that too rough, there is nothing wrong with building up to it.
