Alison Hammond reveals 'Queen of Birmingham' perk
Joe Lycett was joined by Alison Hammond, Alan Carr and Joanna Lumley on his first episode of new Channel 4 show Late Night Lycett on Friday evening.
Explaining the story behind the perk, she said: "I went to this party in Birmingham, and my friend, one of her managers, works at the Bullring. I was going, 'so do you get any perks working at the bullring?'She revealed she decided to try her luck, and asked if he could get her free parking and he said he'd sort it for Alison.
Comedian Alan, 46, branded Alison's claims "bullsh***" as everyone in the studio fell about laughing. Katherine, 39, was supposed to be one of the guests on Friday night's episode of Late Night Lycett, however, things took a hilarious turn when the comedian started to drift away on the barge as she was the only guest left that hadn't joined him in the studio.
The camera then panned to Katherine, who panicking at where the barge would go. The flustered mum-of-three cried out: "Where does this river even go?"
