ＮＡＴＯ事務総長、ウクライナに1000億ユーロの直接軍事支援を提案

北大西洋条約機構（ＮＡＴＯ）のストルテンベルグ事務総長は、ウクライナに対して向こう５年で１０００億ユーロ（１０７０億ドル）の軍事支援をＮＡＴＯとして直接行うことを提案している。５人の外交官が２日明らかにした。
