The reason why the 328 bus from Abbots Langley to Mount Vernon Hospital is set to end has been revealed by Arriva.
Arriva blamed the decision on a shortage of drivers in the area and lower passenger numbers post-pandemic.A Watford bus is being cut just months after its launch because it is"no longer financially sustainable", Arriva has said.the 328 between Abbots Langley, Watford and Mount Vernon Hospital on June 2 - with no replacement service currently planned.
“We are having to make this change because sadly passenger numbers have failed to recover post-pandemic and the route is no longer financially sustainable.Anger as bus service to be axed just months after launch The service launched last November and replaced the 9 and 508 buses, as well as the 10 route which was combined with the 20 between Abbots Langley/Hemel Hempstead and the Holywell estate.
