West Yorkshire Police seized a £2,000,000 drug haul in Leeds
A £2,000,000 haul of class A drugs have been seized by West Yorkshire Police in East End Park last night . Three men have been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences in relation to the seizure.
The haul seized by West Yorkshire Police officers on Wednesday night included 16.5kg of cocaine and 48kg of MDMA with a total street value in excess of £2,000,000. A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "Three men have been arrested on suspicion drugs offences after officers from West Yorkshire Police recovered a substantial amount of Class A drugs in the East End Park area of Leeds yesterday evening ."Drugs seized included 16.5kg of cocaine and 48kg of MDMA with a total street value in excess of £2 million."
