A 13-year-old Eagle Mountain boy has died after police said he rode an electric scooter through a residential stop sign and struck the side of a car.
to Timpanogos Hospital in Orem, police said. He was later flown by helicopter to Primary Children’s Hospital, where he died.
According to the Utah County Sheriff’s Office, the boy was traveling west on Horizon Drive when he went through a stop sign and hit the car, which was headed southbound on Hummer Drive.
