The homes will be Sefton Council's first new council houses for 18 years

A new £12m housing development which will see 63 homes, including a number of council houses, built in a Merseyside borough has been launched.

New computer generated images show how the housing scheme would look. Sandway says that each home will include an electric vehicle charging point, as well as high-efficiency boilers, heating systems and energy-efficient designs. Ms Powell added: "At Sandway Homes our mission is clear, to enhance lives and raise aspirations, one home at a time.
