In the dark underworld of Tokyo, a time when the mafia controlled the city with their magical powers, the time for a new era of magical action had arrived. The heroes, known as 'YORIZU', were born to fight against the 'MAWA' (Magi-King) who had emerged from the magical power enhancement surgery. The 'YORIZU' used a drug called 'E3' to enhance their magical abilities and fight against the 'MAWA'. The 'YORIZU' were legalized to kill, making them the 'killers' of the world. In this world, a freelance 'YORIZU', 'DEAD GOD' YASHIRO, received a disciple, a high school girl named 'KING OF PEAKS'. YASHIRO was forced to get involved in a strange incident with his new disciple.
