BBC Radio 2 presenter Zoe Ball revealed scammers are using her name as a trap for an investment scam without her permission. She alerts people to be careful to avoid lose money on it.
Zoe Ball has told her fans that her mother Julia Ball is now in a hospice after announcing she had been diagnosed with cancer last week.
The radio presenter, 53, who took a break to care for her ill mother, was replaced as host by Gaby Roslin who stood in at the last minute 'Holding tight and so grateful to the incredible people looking after our Ma. We was these bluebells on the way to the hospice.'Taking to social media, Zoe shared a photo of her mother surrounded by family members
Alongside the post, she wrote: 'Heartbreakingly our beautiful Mama Julia has been diagnosed with Cancer. 'Sending out love to people reading this who are battling cancer, or awaiting diagnosis & also to the folk looking after their dear ones who are poorly.' In a previous interview, Zoe said: 'I am looking after my mum a bit now; I see her pretty much every day. She is gorgeous'
