Woman dies in head-on crash with SUV after driving the wrong way on both the North Loop and Hardy Toll Road
A young woman died Saturday morning after driving the wrong way and hitting an oncoming SUV on North Loop.A young woman driving the wrong way on the North Loop died Saturday morning after colliding with an oncoming SUV, police said.
Harris County Constable Precinct 3 deputies encountered the woman driving on the Hardy Toll Road and attempted to get her attention so she would stop, Wilkins said. When the woman made it on the North Loop, she hit a Chevy Tahoe head-on. She died on the scene, while the man driving the SUV was taken to a hospital in critical condition, according to Wilkins.
