Wesley Klok, 25, is preparing to undergo a second surgery on a brain tumour
A young and previously active man's mystery illness has caused a brain tumour to grow back following an operation. Wesley Klok, 25, is preparing to undergo brain surgery after suffering from double vision and weeks of debilitating symptoms, including painful headaches and feeling drowsy all day long.
"At first they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me or what I needed, then finally I had an MRI and they discovered a tumour on my brain. There was a major improvement after the first surgery, within a couple of weeks I felt like I was back to my normal self and they were happy they had taken out most of the tumour."
The symptoms continued - and then just last week Wesley was rushed to the hospital where he required more emergency surgery.
