Jordan Lockington's heartbroken partner, Elle, has hailed him as a 'brilliant dad' and the 'life and soul of any party'.
A young dad-of-two died in hospital after suddenly collapsing while at a pub. Jordan Lockington, 25, suffered a cardiac arrest while working at The Beckwood in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, on August 5.
Speaking about meeting her soulmate, Elle said: "We met through a friend about eight years ago and were like childhood sweethearts. We were completely different people, but we just worked. We always knew what the other one was thinking, but we couldn't have been more different. "With Jacob being autistic too we had to adapt quickly, but his face would literally light up when he saw his dad walk into a room. He'd come in and throw him about the room or play football with him, he was just a big kid really."
