William Hanabe Robinson had a sweet reaction to his children surprising him with a new mattress.
A 96-year-old WWII veteran was beyond excited when his children surprised him with a brand new mattress and his daughter was there to catch the precious moment on video.
The unsuspecting dad continued to move back further on the bed until he finally pushed his hand down on the bed and looked at Patricia.After realizing it was not the same mattress, he exclaimed, “Oh my God!...This is great!” “Love when children come together to do stuff for their parents!!! This was awesome!!!” One commenter wrote. “Loveeeeeee it,” another person said.
William, who is an Army veteran, says that he had his old mattress for 15 to 20 years and would experience sinking in the center that caused back problems. Now his viral surprise has been a dream come true. “...Anything he wants, we have the means to get it,” he says. “...He’s our father, he’s done everything for us. [If] the man wants a mattress, let’s get him a mattress.”
