With rent on the rise in Boston, Mayor Michelle Wu's administration is working on a proposal to stabilize it.
Together, Brooks and Hacobian work to provide housing to those in need.
"People work hard, some families have like two or three jobs, just to make ends meet," Hacobian said."I mean, rents are going up, like, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%."
