The lawsuit filed Monday by the Ohio attorney general in a state court alleges Cigna Corp. , Humana Inc. and Prime Therapeutics LLC shared pricing and other information gathered by a Swiss subsidiary to gain leverage during negotiations with drugmakers for rebates.
