The seller is real-estate developer William Campbell, who purchased the land for $5.6 million in 2017, records show. Mr. Campbell had listed the waterfront property in various stages of development over the years, asking as much as $51.9 million at the height of the pandemic-fueled housing boom, according to Zillow.
