'She had the most amazing soul'
This is the woman at the centre of a murder investigation in Salford . Perseverance Ncube - known as 'Persy' to friends, family and neighbours - died after being stabbed in Little Hulton .
Police said Ms Ncube was 'found by her two young children with a single stab injury to the chest', before she was taken to hospital. She then sadly died.READ MORE:Murder arrest after man, 45, found unconscious in street dies The woman, who lives a couple of doors down, said she went outside and found a woman with what she said was a 'stab wound' to her chest. "I was there, I was on the phone to the ambulance," she added.
"It's horrible," another neighbour added. "It's just sad, that poor woman and her poor children. It's really heartbreaking." "This was a truly horrific attack on a mother, witnessed by her two young children and we really need the public to come forward and give information to us that may be able to assist our enquiries to find answers for them.
