The unidentified woman was seen on television news reports claiming have won the huge July 19 lottery prize
The unidentified woman is seen on the video crying and hugging people at the Las Palmitas Mini Market in downtown Los Angeles, which sold the lone winning Powerball ticket.“I can’t even. I can’t. “I’m scared right now. I’m so scared,” she says before running off and driving away in a BMW.
“She didn’t win. I’m not sure why she did that. I guess she just wanted to be on TV,” Palacios told the Daily Mail. ‘We don’t know who the winner is yet. They still haven’t come forward.”
