Poached eggs can be tough to master, but one woman who's struggled with the dish claims she's finally mastered the method.
Taking to social media, cooking enthusiast Ashlea has demonstrated what she calls the "best" way to master poached eggs every time, after her previous attempts were "absolutely rubbish". It turns out that one unsuspecting appliance does the trick and that's the air fryer. To make poached eggs in the air fryer households will need a small oven-safe ramekin dish and add some boiling water and olive oil in. Then just add the egg to the dish and put it in the air fryer at 200C for six minutes.
