Woman seriously hurt in hit-and-run crash in Mountain View neighborhood [Breaking]
San Diego police were searching for a driver in a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a 73-year-old woman who walking in an intersection in the Mountain View neighborhood Monday morning.
The woman was in a crosswalk when a driver made a left turn from southbound 45th Street onto eastbound Logan Avenue about 9:10 a.m. The woman, headed north in the crosswalk, had the right of way, police said. She suffered a fractured right femur and was taken to a hospital for treatment, police Officer Sarah Foster said.
