Dallas police responded about 9:40 p.m. to the 8700 block of Clark Road, where the woman had been hit. The woman was leaving a nearby Walmart and was pushing a shopping cart across the street,The driver stopped and waited for officers and charges are not expected to be filed against the driver, police said..
