26-year-old woman arrested in fatal shoving attack of 87-year-old woman earlier this month on a New York City street.
New York City police arrested and charged a woman in connection with the death of Barbara Maier Gustern, 87, a grandmother and vocal coach who was shoved to the ground last week.Lauren Pazienza, of Port Jefferson, New York, was charged with manslaughter in connection to the March 10 incident, police said.

She was seen being escorted out of the 10th Precinct with her hair covering her face and did not respond to any questions from reporters about the charge.Lauren Pazienza is walked from the 10th precinct in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York, March 22, 2022. The victim, who officials identified as Barbara Maier Gustern, died from her injuries on March 15, police said.
