Ahmed Akram was opening up his shop when he heard screaming coming from outside
This is the shocking moment a 'screaming' cleaner's coat was caught in her shop's shutters as they opened - leaving her dangling eight feet in the air. Amed Akram was opening the Best One shop in Tonteg, South Wales, on March 4 when he heard screaming and shouts for help from outside.
She's slowly dragged off her feet and into the air until she's hung upside down, while desperately grabbing onto her shopping trolley. The shutters lower slightly before Amed rushes out to desperately unhook her and then lift her down to the ground. Amed, from Tonteg, said: "I was opening up the shop and I heard screaming so I opened the door and saw legs against the window. It took a couple of seconds for my brain to engage what was happening then when I realised the fob for the shutters was in the office so I had to go back.
