A railway worker was allegedly assaulted at a busy railway station on Saturday night.
Officers were called to Paisley Gilmour Street Railway Station on Saturday night amid reports of an assault.The condition of the railway worker is unknown.A spokesperson for British Transport Police said:"A female was arrested at Paisley Gilmour Street Railway Station last night following a report of an assault on a member of rail staff.
"Violence on the rail network will not be tolerated and a report will be submitted regarding the alleged offence."
