Vision Taekwondo Club are bursting with pride after their athletes impressed at British and European competitions recently – and one member of the squad was selected for the Great Britain Development Team.
Athletes train in a world class environment and have access to coaching and sport science support, including strength and conditioning, physiotherapy, nutrition and psychology.A statement from the brothers read: “We are delighted that Ava has been selected to join the Team GB Development Team for 2023/24.
“We are certain that Ava will thrive in this environment and continue to show her world class potential.” Jordan won a fantastic gold medal in the Junior boys U51kg category, while Ava reached the final of the Junior female U59kg category and won silver. Siobhan lost in the quarter finals to the eventual winner.
