Sunday is when winds will shift to off the Atlantic Ocean. The Jaguars game should be dry and warm with a northeast breeze. An isolated brief coastal shower is possible but otherwise it’s dry. Temperatures inland will be in the mid-80s and upper 70s at the beaches.Tropical Depression #13 is forecast to become a named storm today or tonight as it moves west in the Southern Caribbean Sea. This storm may be a hurricane as it makes landfall over the weekend in Nicaragua. No local threats.
