The wind advisory goes into effect 1 p.m. Tuesday and runs until 4 a.m. Wednesday, the weather service said. Sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph and gusts up to 45 mph are possible, according to the forecast. Areas from Cisco to Paris, including Dallas-Fort Worth, have the greatest threat for severe weather overnight, the weather service said. The storms will start about 11 p.m. and reach D-FW by 2 a.m., the forecast says.
