Tony's Chocolonely has partnered with Oxfam and the Glastonbury music festival to raise money for fighting poverty. Limited edition bars will be sold in Oxfam stores, with five pairs of tickets hidden inside. Last year's initiative raised £45,000 for Oxfam, aligning with Tony's Chocolonely's mission to combat child labor in the cocoa industry. To raise more funds, a new vegan flavor has been created.
Tony’s Chocolonely have partnered with Oxfam and the Glastonbury music festival to raise money to fight poverty with limited edition bars.
The limited edition Glastonbury x Tony’s Chocolonely bars come in two flavours: milk caramel sea salt and dark almond sea salt. Nicola Matthews, UKI head of marketing at Tony’s Chocolonely, said: “At Tony’s we understand that lasting change happens when we join forces with those who bring us closer to making our mission a reality.“It’s been amazing to see how our partnership made a real difference last year and we’re excited to keep the momentum going and make an even bigger impact this year.
"We're so excited to be partnering with Tony's Chocolonely and Glastonbury for a second year on this amazing prize giveaway exclusively for our shoppers,” said Lorna Fallon, Oxfam's trading director.“It means even more knowing all the money raised from these fantastic chocolate bars goes towards Oxfam’s crucial work fighting poverty around the world.
