Funding for education:
McConnell and top Republicans have said the bill will include $105 billion for education. Based on what GOP lawmakers have said, we already have a rough sense of how that breaks down: $70 billion for K-12 schools; nearly $30 billion for colleges; and another $5 billion for governors to spend on education.
